Second Steps

My 'blog mentor' has encouraged me to get cracking. Thanks Gav.

I have excellent blog examples to draw from 1. The Em & Gav page 2. The Lewis Faimly in Malawi and 3. Hand at the Football.

Somehow the time never seems quite right.

What I need to do is load a few pictures and see where that takes me. But how do I do that?

Hmm. The picures are in but the format is ordinary. So what's with the pictures?

We are going round the world - sort of. We are doing it via restaurants in the local area. So far we have been to Greece and South Africa. Good fun. Good food. We have a bit of a quiz about the country, sample different foods and beer if they have it!

I'll start properly soon.

Today is a day for recovery - from too much football. Yes such a thing is possible. Australia takes a step forward and the future is bright regardless of Germany 2006. I look forward to Australia playing China.

Not a profound start to blogging but you have to start somewhere.
